§ Sir Harmar NichollsOn a point of order, Mr. Speaker. Despite the fact that Prime Minister's Question Time has lasted 21 minutes instead of 15, he has dealt with only two Questions. Is there nothing in Standing Orders, Mr. Speaker, which will allow the House to stop the Prime Minister giving long-winded answers, obviously with the intention of evading other Questions on the Order Paper?
