As very great and fundamental changes are taking place, or are proposed, in the administration of the transport arrangements which cover the Greater London Area, will not the Minister endeavour to make this Council a dynamic instrument to co-ordinate all those changes?

The future will be taken care of by the G.L.C. under the Transport (London) Bill at present before the House.
