§ Mr. Ifor DaviesI would refer the hon. Member to the model standards prescribed under Section 5 of the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act, 1960, and published with Ministry of Housing and Local Government Circular No. 42 of 1960.

Is he aware that my constituent in the case which I raised in the Question No. 7 has been directed by the Anglesey County Council to destroy two small buildings containing a bathroom, hot and cold water and a flush lavatory so that they can be replaced by a chemical toilet?
§ Mr. DaviesI am aware of the position, but I must emphasise that the amenity change to which the hon. Gentleman has referred involved planning permission, and planning permission was refused by the planning authority.
