§ Mr. RidsdaleIs the hon. Gentleman referring to the road from Parkeston Quay Road to Harwich Quay? I understand from the county council that it has no information of the Minister's intentions and that the reply that he gave me was misleading.
§ Mr. SwinglerIt was not misleading. There are two stages to the scheme. As the hon. Gentleman knows, the first stage has been put into the preparation list and has been prepared by the Essex County Council, which is responsible for the whole scheme. If it wishes to put further proposals, we shall consider them.
