Motion made, and Question,
That where the investment income of an individual for the year 1967–68, ascertained as Parliament may determine, exceeds £3,000 plus his surtax personal allowances, as so ascertained, there shall be made a special charge in accordance with the following Table, together with interest from such time as Parliament may determine.
