§ Mr. FowlerI can only say that neither the American Federal Aviation Agency's administrator's office in London nor our Institute of Aviation Medicine can identify the report or reports mentioned by my hon. Friend. I would agree that it is widely recognised that people can be upset by time zone changes, but not that these have permanent ill effects or that jet travel is the cause of these disturbances.
