§ Select Committee on Agriculture to have power to appoint Sub-Committees aid to refer to such Sub-Committees any the matters referred to the Committee:
§ Every such Sub-Committee to have power to send for persons, papers and records, to sit notwithstanding any adjournment of the House, to adjourn from place to place, to report to the Committee from time to time, and to admit strangers during the examination of witnesses unless they otherwise order:
§ Three to be the Quorum of every such Sub-Comm ittee:
§ Committee have power to report from tirne to time the Minutes of the Evidence taken before such Sub-Committees and reported by them to the Committee:
§ During the present Session the Committee to have power to appoint persons with expert knowledge for the purpose of particular inquiries, either to supply information which is not readily available or 1702 to elucidate matters of complexity with in the committee's order of reference [Mr Crossman]
