On a point of order. In view of the widespread public concern aroused by the incident referred to in Question No. 34, which was reached this morning and passed over, and in view of the fact that the House is going into recess today, is it appropriate for the Minister to give us an Oral Answer?

It is always possible, but I have had no request on that subject.

The Minister is here and he looks as though he is not unwilling to answer the Question, which raises some important matters.

It is a question not for the Chair but for the Minister.
