HC Deb 27 October 1966 vol 734 c1379
Mr. Skeffington

I beg to move Amendment No. 86, in page 59, line 28, after 'shall', to insert 'specify the disposition to which it relates and'. This is a drafting Amendment, but quite an important one. The reason for it is that, as the Clause stands, the regulations made prescribing the particulars to be contained in the application do not have to prescribe that the disposition to which the notice relates be specified, although obviously it would be so. I am sure that the hon. Member for Crosby (Mr. Graham Page) will be glad to know that in this case, particularly with regard to the matters referred to in Schedule 9, the regulations should also make provision for that to be done.

Amendment agreed to.
