I beg to move Amendment No. 47, in page 23, line 39, at the end to insert joint board" includes a combination or joint committee of local authorities;'. We have discussed this Amendment with an earlier Amendment dealing with joint bodies.

Further Amendment made: No. 48, page 24, line 11, at the end to insert Valuation Acts" means the Lands Valuation (Scotland) Act 1854, and the Acts amending that Act;'.—[Dr. Dickson Mahon.]
