§ Mr. MasonI am in sympathy with my hon. Friend's general aim, but restraint on exclusion clauses is a complex matter which is to be studied in a wider context by a working party which the Law Commission and the Scottish Law Commission are setting up. I would prefer not to prejudge this study by piecemeal legislation.
