§ Mr. WillisI understand that, quite naturally, the Board would like to see the regulations changed to enable the Department of Education and Science to grant-aid youth service projects for English school children, such as adventure schools in Scotland, particularly in the Highlands and Islands, as well as in England and Wales, but it is very conscious that this is really the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Education and Science.
