On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. I have tried to raise, by way of Private Notice Question, the announcement today—

§ Mr. Speaker
Order. No hon. Member can raise as a matter of order the substance of a Private Notice Question which has been refused. May I also tell the hon. Gentleman that the question whether to permit a Private Notice Question is something which the House has put in the hands of Mr. Speaker, and that the hon. Gentleman must just accept his decision.
