§ Sir T. BeamishOn a point of order, Mr. Speaker. In view of the fact that there are four Questions on the Order Paper about the visit of the French Premier and French Foreign Secretary, and the Prime Minister has seen fit to answer a quite unimportant Question after Question Time, would it not be possible for him to meet the convenience of the House on this important matter and answer those four Questions now?
§ Mr. SpeakerIt is always possible, but I have received no such request.
§ The Prime MinisterFurther to that point of order, Mr. Speaker. I did not consider the Answer that I gave to the hon. Member for Norfolk, Central (Mr. Ian Gilmour) unimportant. I thought it right to say it.
With regard to the Questions about the French Prime Minister's visit, perhaps it will help the hon. and gallant Member for Lewes (Sir T. Beamish) if I say that I am seeking leave to publish the communiqué in HANSARD today.
