Gentleman on the holiday which Scottish people gave him over the New Year period, but will he tell me how many representations he expects to receive in the next four weeks when people have read his plan, and, further, will he give an assurance that any representations from Berwickshire will be most carefully considered?
§ Mr. RossI assure the right hon. Gentleman that we have not been without our share of work in the Scottish Office during the Recess, and he can rest assured that any representations we receive from Berwickshire will be listened to courteously.
