§ Mr. HughesDoes not the Minister of State realise that that carries the matter no further? Is he aware of the great contrast between the North and South of this island and Europe in regard to communications; that the South will shortly have the Channel Tunnel and many other means of communications while the North has nothing of the kind? Will he do something to rectify the position?
§ Mr. MasonI am really being quite kind to my hon. and learned Friend. This matter has nothing to do with me and that is why it has not been taken any further.
