Winter building pays.

While I am most grateful for that very informative Answer, may I ask the hon. Gentleman what progress he has made in persuading others of the truth of his statement?

Mr. Boyden

Very considerable, but still more progress can be made. We shall welcome the hon. Gentleman's assistance in persuading people that a great many elementary things can be done which will increase their profits, to the advantage of everybody.
