HC Deb 07 April 1965 vol 710 cc460-1
4. Mr. Allason

asked the Paymaster-General whether he is satisfied with the arrangements for the co-ordination of Government statements on pensions changes, both civilian and service; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Wigg

Yes, Sir.

Mr. Allason

When next there is to be a statement by the Government on pensions is it the right hon. Gentleman's intention to be present and to assist in this statement, or is it his intention to organise a filibuster to prevent any statement being made?

Mr. Wigg

Whether or not I shall be present in the House on any occasion in the future is a matter for determination in the future. It has nothing to do with the Question.
