asked the Minister of Aviation whether he will make a statement on the progress of the efforts to stretch the range of the Super VC10.

Mr. J. Amery

The British Aircraft Corporation is continuing its study of the proposed development of the VC10 to cover longer ranges. The results of this study are expected to be available fairly soon.
