Resolution reported,
That, for the purposes of any Act of this Session to amend the Commonwealth Scholarships Act 1959, it is expedient to authorise any amendments of that Act which, within the limit for the time being imposed by or under section 1 (3) or (4) of the Commonwealth Teachers Act 1960, increase the amount payable out of moneys provided by Parliament under section 2 of the said Act of 1959.
