I beg to move, in page 27, line 31, after the first "of", to insert: the Small Dwelling Acquisition Act 1899". This is an Amendment which honours a pledge given by my right hon. Friend in Committee to give the Greater London Council the full powers of the Small Dwelling Acquisition Acts in addition to the powers under Section 43 of the Housing (Financial Provisions) Act, 1958.
