asked the Minister of Education, what provision exists in technical colleges for the training of craft apprentice instructors.

The technical colleges provide some part-time courses for training technical teachers which are open to suitably qualified instructors from industry. Courses more directly designed for craft apprentice instructors are available outside the colleges, and in particular at the Ministry of Labour Technical Staff College.

Mr. Albu

Is the Minister aware that there is a great shortage of this type of instructor? Does he consider it his responsibility or that of the Minister of Labour to see that the number is increased?
