That for the remainder of the present Session Standing Order No. 61 (Special procedure for Scottish Estimates) shall have effect as if the word "five" were substituted for the word "six" in line 11, and Standing Order No. 61A (Matters relating exclusively to Scotland) shall have effect as if the word "three" were substituted for the word "two" in line 15.—[Mr. Whitelaw.]
