Resolved,
That provision shall be made for charging the Gas Council to income tax and the profits tax as if it were carrying on a trade or business, and as if the trades or businesses of Area Boards within the meaning of the Gas Act, 1948, formed part of that trade or business, and for matters arising out of or connected with the provision so made.—[Mr. Barber.]
