HC Deb 17 December 1962 vol 669 c860
5. Mr. Wingfield Digby

asked the Minister of Health what regulations exist, when patients have to attend hospital for treatment, for paying them a mileage allowance for the use of their own cars, instead of sending an ambulance, where there is no public transport available, as is often the case in rural areas.
