We consult the Dartmoor National Park Committee, which is responsible to the National Park Commission for these local matters. when this use amounts to exercising greater rights than those enjoyed by the general public.

§ Mr. Orr-EwingIf the hon. Member cares to send me details of any of those times, I shall look into them. I know that the Royal Marines sometimes exercise around Burra Tor in night exercises with blank ammunition, but there is no population in that area and we do it only after advising the owner.
