asked the Minister of Health whether he has yet decided to amend or confirm the two recommenda- tions of the Birmingham Health Executive Council to stop £1,000 and £200, respectively, from the pay of a local dentist.

Mr. Lipton

Why cannot the Minister publish his decision openly instead of sending it to me? The public is entitled to know his decision.
