§ Mr. HayThe scheme is due for completion by March, 1963. The total cost will be some £2,431,000 of which the Government contribution will be £1,708,000.
§ Mr. ReesIs my hon. Friend aware that when this scheme is completed it will give greatly improved facilities for access to Swansea Docks and that the people of Swansea, while appreciative of this work, will be glad if my hon. Friend will bring it along a little more quickly?
§ Mr. HayWe are very glad to hear that compliment from my hon. Friend. About three miles of the total of four and a half miles of this road are completed and in use. Most of the remainder should be completed by the end of this year.
