§ Mr. HayNo, Sir. This scheme is being run by the London County Council, and work is proceeding according to the schedule laid down in the contract, despite the substantial difficulties of doing this work, because we have to keep the traffic circulating, and despite the extremely serious bad weather experienced in the last few months. [HON. MEMBERS: "When?"] I do not think there is any possibility of speeding up the completion of this project.
