§ Mr. ErrollAn examination of particular difficulties in European trade which may arise from the existence of the European Economic Community and of the European Free Trade Association is being made in Paris by a study group of the Trade Committee of Twenty One. The Group is expected to report before the beginning of the G.A.T.T. tariff negotiations in February.
