On a point of order. May I ask, Mr. Speaker, whether the Minister of Transport will give an Answer to Question No. 55, in view of the fact that there is "something in the air"?

In view of the importance of Question No. 47 to a large number of people who still live in the north of Scotland, will you, Mr. Speaker, kindly ask the Minister of Transport to reply to that Question?
