§ Miss PikeNinety-three sub-post offices were closed and 173 opened. Some of these figures relate simply to the transfer of a sub-office from one set of premises to another in the same area, but my hon. and gallant Friend will see that there was a net increase of 80 sub-offices in the 2-year period.
