Noel-Bakerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether Her Majesty's Government have received assurances from the United States Government, similar to the assurances given by the United States Government to Norway and Pakistan, that no reconnaissance flights over Soviet territory or Eastern Europe will be made in future by United States aircraft from bases in Great Britain.
