asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies how many people died in the months of January and February, this year, on the islands of Chisi and Chilubi on Lake Bangweulu in Northern Rhodesia; and what was the nature of the epidemic.

As the hon. Member will be aware, health is a Federal subject. I understand that there has been no epidemic on either of these islands.
