§ Lord John HopeWhat I can tell the hon. Member is not relevant in the least to what the Labour Government may or may not have said they wished to do. Of these nine islands, work is proceeding on one of them. There are only four about which nothing so far has been considered, simply because no suggestions have been forthcoming from them.
