§ Mr. NugentYes, Sir. I have written to the hon. Member. As my right hon. Friend stated in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Twickenham (Mr. Gresham Cooke) on 15th April, licensed premises will not be allowed on the new motorway, but the lessees of service areas may apply, if they wish, to the licensing justices for a table licence.
