Commander MaitlandNow that the roads have been so greatly improved on either side of this level crossing, is it 1356 not rather ridiculous not to construct a fly-over so that the benefit of the widening can be reaped?
§ Mr. NugentIt would need a good deal more than a fly-over to ease the congestion on this road at week-ends when the holiday traffic is very heavy. If my hon. and gallant Friend will be patient a little longer and let us see what benefit we can derive from reducing freight movements on Saturdays, we may find a considerable improvement there.
