§ Mr. SwinglerIs the hon. Member aware that I am aware that the Territories are not the same and that conditions in some are far worse than in others? Is not it essential that the conditions in a Territory like Tanganyika should be improved'? Would not one step towards that be to increase the representation of trade unions on the wage-fixing body? Is not one of the difficulties the fact that out of forty-two members on the wage-fixing body only three are trade unionists? Should not something he done about that?
