§ Mr. HughesIs the Prime Minister aware that it was a Labour Government which started this new town and all the enterprises associated with it? Does he not think that we could do with another new town something like that?
§ The Prime MinisterI do not know whether the hon. Gentleman objects to my going to the new town. I am sure 1105 that I shall be received with the courtesy which is always shown by Scotsmen to people of English, Scottish and, sometimes, even of Welsh descent.
