§ 57. Mr. Corfieldasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation whether he will now reconsider his decision with regard to the amount of grant to the Gloucestershire County Council in respect of major road improvements.
§ Mr. WatkinsonI do not make grants for major road improvements by allocating particular sums in advance. The Council has been invited to prepare certain schemes for my consideration over the next two years, but until they are submitted I cannot say how many will receive a grant.
