§ Mr. WarbeyDoes the right hon. and learned Gentleman agree that as long as the political problems of Vietnam remain 174 unsettled, it is both the right and the duty of the International Commission for Supervision and Control in Laos to supervise the introduction of arms and military personnel into that country? Will the Foreign Secretary, therefore, advise the Government of India that in his opinion the Commission should be reconvened as soon as possible?
