Resolution reported,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for the making of grants for the purpose of increasing the efficiency of small farm businesses, it is expedient to authorise—
(a) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of—
- (i) all payments under any scheme made under that Act; and
- (ii) any other expenses of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food or the Secretary of State incurred in pursuance of that Act;
(b) the payment into the Exchequer of any sums recovered by the said Minister or the Secretary of State under that Act.
