§ 1. Mr. Nabarroasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, following the survey carried out from 21st to 27th April, 1958, of more than 8,000 goods vehicles operating on A, B, and C licences, to establish load factors and other relative operational data, when and in what form he proposes to publish the report upon his findings.
