§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe Acting Governor has replied on my behalf saying that I regret that Mr. Mintoff did not avail himself of the Governor's invitation to the leaders of all parties to meet him before he left for the United Kingdom, but that the letter would be considered during my present discussions with the Governor, together with the views of those political leaders who did take advantage of the Governor's invitation.
