Lords Amendment: In page 16, line 37, at end insert: Provided that this subsection shall not apply as respects expenses incurred by the Council in making contributions under subsection (5) of section fifteen of this Act.

I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendment.

This Amendment is consequential on the Amendment adding the additional subsection (5) to Clause 15.
