inquire into and report upon the Constitution of the Isle of Man and its working and to make recommendations for any changes that they may consider desirable or practicable".The Chairman is Lord MacDermott, and the other members are the right hon. Gentleman the Member for South Shields (Mr. Ede), my right hon. and learned Friend the Member for Chertsey (Sir L. Heald), Sir Frederick Armer and Sir Francis Mudie. The last three parts of the Question are matters for the Commission.
