§ Mr. WatkinsonDraft Orders setting out my proposals for alterations to the side roads and private accesses affected by this motorway are being prepared, and provided there are no serious objections to these Orders and no unusual difficulties in the acquisition of land, I expect construction of the motorway to begin late in 1959 or early in 1960.
