Since there has been such a delay in the matter, will he take steps to see that no such delays occur in similar cases in future?
§ Mr. MaclayI regret that there has been a delay. I know that there was a little delay because there had to be consultation between the Scottish Special Housing Association and the Glasgow Corporation's Parks Department, but I doubt whether the delay has been quite as long as is indicated in the Question.
