asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many reorganisation schemes have so far been prepared under Section 19 of the Crofters (Scotland) Act, 1955; and how many have so far been completed.

Two schemes have so far been submitted for my approval and both are under consideration.

Mr. Willis

While thanking the right hon. Gentleman for that reply, may I ask him whether he can tell us when we can expect the first annual Report of the Crofters Commission?
