§ Mr. Vaughan-MorganThe inaccurate figure to which the hon. Gentleman refers—I do not at all accept his suggestion—was an estimated figure given by the Working Party on the Recruitment, Training and Qualifications of Sanitary Inspectors, in 1951, and I quoted it accordingly.
